Nichole West is a cannabis industry executive, operations strategist, and agricultural business specialist with more than 17 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing regulated cannabis businesses across the United States. Her journey began in 2009 when she received one of the first Certificates of Occupancy issued to a cannabis dispensary in Long Beach, California, placing her among the pioneers of the regulated cannabis industry.
Throughout her career, Nichole has worked across nearly every sector of the cannabis supply chain, from retail and cultivation to manufacturing, distribution, compliance, licensing, and executive leadership. She has held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, and some of the largest vertically integrated cannabis companies in the country.

Known for her ability to transform vision into execution, Nichole has contributed to the successful development and licensing of more than 55 cannabis businesses nationwide. She has opened and operated over 30 retail locations across multiple states, managed teams exceeding 400 employees, and trained more than 1,000 professionals throughout her career.
In cultivation and production, Nichole has assisted in the expansion of more than 1,000,000 square feet of cultivation at facilities around the world, helping companies scale operations while improving efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Her expertise spans facility design, operational workflows, regulatory compliance, team development, supply chain management, and business growth strategies.
Today, Nichole serves as Vice President of Operations for LB Atlantis, where she oversees distribution, manufacturing, compliance, customer success, and operational excellence. She also works with emerging and established cannabis brands on business development, operational strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
